WHAT
WE DO
We care for community cats through TNVR, rescue, and education programs designed to humanely reduce overpopulation and support healthier neighborhoods throughout Safety Harbor and Tampa Bay.
PROGRAMS & PROJECTS.
Our core work is TNVR—humanely trapping, sterilizing, vaccinating, and returning community cats to prevent overpopulation and improve neighborhood health.
We also rescue and support at-risk cats, coordinate foster and adoption opportunities, and partner with local clinics and community groups to expand our reach.
Every program we run is designed to protect the cats, support the people who care for them, and build healthier, more resilient communities across Safety Harbor.
Trap, Neuter, Vaccinate, & Return (TNVR)
Community Cat Colony Management
Caretaker Support & Resources
Our core program: humanely trapping, neutering, vaccinating, and returning community cats to stabilize colonies and reduce overpopulation.
We monitor local colonies, identify unfixed cats, track population changes, and ensure cats are safely returned to familiar environments after TNVR.
We partner with local feeders and caretakers by offering guidance, education, and resources that help them responsibly support their colonies.
Community Partnerships
We collaborate with veterinary clinics, community nonprofits, apartment associations, and local groups to expand access to humane TNVR across Safety Harbor and Tampa Bay.
Education & Public Awareness
We teach residents about TNVR, humane cat management, and why community cats play a role in a healthier ecological balance.
Policy & Advocacy
We advocate for humane, science-backed policies—including efforts to end declawing in Florida—and support legislation that protects animals and strengthens local communities.
WHERE WE WORK.

Safety Harbor is a small community on the west shore of Old Tampa Bay, known for its mix of residential neighborhoods, local businesses, and natural shoreline areas.
The town has a steady, laid-back pace, shaped by parks, trails, and pockets of green space throughout the city. It’s a place where people stay connected through local events, shared public spaces, and a community that values both its residents and the wildlife that lives alongside them.
