Our Refund Philosophy
As a small, volunteer-powered nonprofit, Cats of Safety Harbor is committed to using every donation responsibly to support TNVR efforts, community partnerships, and the wellbeing of local community cats.
Because contributions are put to work quickly and directly toward our mission, all donations are considered final and non-refundable. We believe in transparency and are always here to answer any questions about how funds are used.
Donations and Non-Refundable Contributions
Cats of Safety Harbor accepts charitable donations that immediately support veterinary care, trapping supplies, community outreach, and other mission-critical programs. Since these funds are allocated or spent shortly after they are received, we are unable to offer refunds for any donations made online, in person, or through third-party platforms.
If a technical error occurs during the donation process, we encourage donors to contact us so we can review the issue and assist where appropriate.
